Pickup

Pick-up is only possible by appointment and always in consultation, but it is important that you first communicate whether the item is in stock. You should always wait for a message from Decohomeandgarden.com that your ordered item is ready or has arrived!!!

All items must be paid for on time, otherwise no order will be prepared or ordered. Unfortunately, we have had to take this measure due to too many false orders, we hope you can understand this. So order the product online and when paying then put it on "pick up" and then wait for an answer from us that your product is ready for pick up!!

Please note that you can view the products when you pick them up and when you take them with you, they can no longer be returned!! Fragile items, for example, after they have been collected from us in good condition, can suffer hairline cracks due to the wrong way of transport and can therefore not be returned.

The pick-up address is a warehouse about 10 minutes across the border near Enschede in Germany with Dutch & German employees. (Dutch, German and English are spoken)
