Delivery

We deliver our products throughout the EU using different postal companies. Orders are usually delivered Monday through Saturday; no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are usually between 9am and 6pm.

In busy periods, such as around the holidays, strikes (at the postal companies) or during lockdown, your product may be delayed, parcel delivery is usually done by postal companies and unfortunately we have no influence on the resulting delay, these companies determine yourself the delivery routes and delivery times. We therefore have no influence on the exact time at which your product is delivered to the receiving address.

You will always receive an email from us when a package is going to be shipped containing a track and trace code with which you can track the package at the relevant postal company, this email is sent business and sometimes wants to end up in your spam folder,

So always check your SPAM FOLDER of your mail program !!

ATTENTION: We recommend that you always check the contents upon receipt of the package. If you wait too long and damage appears to have occurred during transport, we (you and we) no longer have any form of claim right. That is why it is wise to check the content in good time.
